At the bottom of the artwork pic that Carllenc posted, you can clearly see it says 'Jack Reacher INTERNATIONAL Steelbook'. There'll probably be a UK release like Thor, Captain America etc...

I remember Bidou stating only one company doesnt have them and they dont make steels anymore? Plus Amazon is usually wrong?
