They will ONLY DELIVER TO UK ADDRESSES AT THE MOMENT.

A way around this: (confirmed by retailer thats its ok)

1) Order directly but add a UK HDN members address for delivery

2) Ask a UK HDN member to kindly order it for you

Im not getting a refund or replacements for the 2 copies I had not recieved either. They will just send out all replacement copies from the new print run but I can't help but feel a little miffed that I'm not getting my steelbooks or money back until end of may.

I've sent out 27 copies to various countries but I don't get one myself. Lol.

I emailed Luke about this very same thing yesterday and was told that if you originally ordered 2 copies then you would get 2 replacements

You'll be getting 2 replacements so come end if may your have 4 jack reachers.

If you ordered 5 then you'll be getting 5 new copy's so caltain coffee who had 20+ for group buy will be getting 20+ replacements sent to him lol @CC, I beat your postman won't be happy with you then

It's great news that every copy will be replaced. I've already sold my spare on at cost price, I think it would be really great if everyone did to help out those who missed out

Yeah apparently the original copies have now been 'quarantined' in the warehouse so no chance of getting one of those. Luke has sent me out the Blu ray disc today from a damaged return so I can watch the film at least. If you're looking to watch the film, you should ask him about this too.

I'm also in Manchester too, dunno whether that's just a coincidence. I'm still hopeful it might turn up eventually.

Good thinking Snool, the only thing I would say is that I will wait until the other copy is in hand before letting the original copy go. Anything can happen between now and then but good on you for helping other collectors this is what the world needs more of.

Yeah got the dispatch email last Wednesday same as everyone, just hasn't turned up. It may turn up eventually, who knows.

Got my replacement through today, looks like it's in better condition that the 1st one although it obviously has the defect on the front still. Keeping it sealed, I can watch the first copy I got last week which I opened. Going to end up with 2 sealed (one mint/one with defect) and one opened (defect). Whole thing is kind of ridiculous really.

Yeah that would be very interesting. Which set will be the most sought after in the long run? The original faulty ES debut steelbook Jack Reacher? or the second issued sticker branded Jack Reacher steelbook? Hmmm somewhat exciting if you ask me
