Maybe the quality control at the factory was not the best...At least for the ones for the UK The first UK ES 500 run were better IMO than the second 500 UK run...

You know the way people cry at others who go into a Korean steelbook thread and mock them for spending so much on essentially a different slip, wouldnt it be an idea to not go into non Korean threads and for you not to do the same as you know it will just get peoples backs up? It may smoke it in your eyes but other probably dont care about some asian symbols on a piece of paper?

Also after getting into this asian steelbook market, i find them going downhill...barring the old gold...nothing currently holds its value well and if u see on ebay, it stays at those buy it now prices for months.
English being the global language always garners more value consistently, barring a few cases here and there.

Agreed. Except for a handful of Asian Steels, most of them are not holding it's value. I believe many collect Asian Steelbooks just for the slip and this is not doing any good to them including me.

Still can't understand why some people on here try to get people stirred up, tbh still can't understand all the fuss about a Korean version of what is essentially the exact same steelbook with a crappy paper slip with some language most of us don't understand, translated it probably says thanks very much you mugs.

Each to their own but please quit saying this smokes this and this smokes that, it's like being back in the playground and my dads bigger than yours. Pathetic.

Anyway back on track and both the ES runs of this are great even more so the 2nd copy was free.

Receive a faulty Asian steel and it'll more than likely cost you the best part of 15 quid for the pleasure of returning it so you'll be stuck with it.

This is a great steel and the UK release of any steel will always be my first choice.

I agree most Asian releases are not rising in value now however people are not exactly being hoodwinked into buying them, they can go online themselves to check their value. People buy them because most of them actually look pretty damn smart.
