Disney gave up on this movie before it ever reached theaters which is a shame because it a fantastic flick and totally deserved better.

Totally agree. The trailer did not do it justice. They should have emphasized that this was based on John Carter of Mars from Burroughs. Movie was superb. Also gladly ordered this.

drop in price, for a 3d and 2d film in a steelbook from disney and with a 10% discount at £15.29 i don't think that is a bad price and it's a good film as well.

I think I will pass. I got a free copy of the 3D version through Disney Rewards and have still not watched it Compared to other Disney releases the cover seems a bit bland. I guess I get it. It's orange/red because it's Mars, but it still seems off to me.....
