The Disney Global Product Team has confirmed other markets may have a collectable packaging in some format, but NONE of them will have a John Carter Collectable Package with the Artwork I previously posted.


Future Shop will have Global Exclusive Artwork on John Carter Collectable Packaging.

So like it or love it, exclusive artwork for Canadians!

John Carter Collectable Packaging will be up for pre-order soon.

Did anyone else put orders in for this steel online Future Shop and still haven't had it ship and still showing "in progress" and a status of "out of stock" ? I ordered a long time ago when it was well in stock online but no ship yet... should I be worried, lol ?

I'm worried as well because well, I'm waiting for all the copies that the other members have ordered.

My store received around 60 copies of it but that's because I have made a special order. Same for Act of Valor, they still have 20+ but they have been put aside for me hehe

It said mine shipped out to you on June 2. Did you happen to get mine yet? I'm not so worried since I already got a shipping notice from Futureshop.

I've only received one package last night and according to the order # it was jitstark's. I've already shipped his items yesterday. Don't worry guys, they'll be here, Canada Post is just taking its sweet time.

well I called future shop now as the CS rep told me there backordered and waiting stock from manufacturer.... I don't think the risk is worth the 5 bucks per copy and just going to go back to the store and get them instead. What if after they do finally come back in stock they arrive damaged and no copies for replacement.

first time Ive had issue with Future Shop on pre-ordered item that was in stock when ordered.

Well I cancelled my online order and just said screw it to the 5 bucks and got my remaining copies in store. My biggest issue with online orders with something that is close to sold out is replacement copies for ones that arrive damaged. Your SOL if they don't have anymore.

My store only had 13 copies of JC and I took 7 for me and friends here on HDN... looks limited to me folks.

There was about 8 copies at 10 AM when I baught mine, returned to the store at 4:30 PM (because of the Act of Valor GC fiasco) and they were all gone. Wish I had purchased more of them but money was tight with all these releases hitting on one day makes it hard.

yup... I know what you mean. I haven't been able to buy extra's for future trade/sell purposes either with these huge Canadian and UK releases all at once. Mark my words John Carter (And Act of Valor) will be great a future trading chip. So get extra's if you can peeps. JC and AoV are just amazing steel's (so is Limitless).

I ordered mine and had it sent to biscuitnoir. So I'm hoping that it doesn't come in dented or chipped or there is some for him to exchange it out for at Futureshop. With how hard it seems to be to find them there is a little bit of a concern. Not a lot but a little.
