Yeah it's a nice release but the Lenti doesn't have as much movement as the first one.

Depth of field - JW2 looks more natural vs JW1 being more exaggerated - both look great in their own ways and I love how they compliment each other side by side.

Miss my full slip for the first one(buddy still has it I believe) but am a lenti fan first and formost

It's not just the lack of depth - there's almost no rotation and the gun transition is very poor. It's like they used a different company to supply the slip. This is the second Nova lenti in a row that has been disappointing for me. But if you and others are happy then I'm pleased for you.

By the way the rest of the package is great, especially the steelbook itself

had a good look into both and ignoring depth of field, I prefer the new lenti, personally. The other one judders in a similar way but due to the blurry depth(intentionally) the gun doesnt look like it so sharpely jumps as the lenti is turned.

A lot of personal perferance there but I'm very happy with the release as a whole

Got my delivery yesterday and the Fullslip A and Lenti are both lovely.
Quick question to other Fullslip A owners, have you managed to get yours into an SCF2? Width and depth are perfect but height wise the slip is 1mm or so above the top of the protector so the top flap won't close.

I have the same issue but with Fullslip B. I never bought a fullslip from NovaMedia before(usually their lentis), so I'm not sure if this is an existing issue. It really sucks that everything fits perfectly into the SCF2 other than the height just by a little bit

I've just checked and the JW2 fullslip is slightly taller than the Avengers fullslip and SW: TFA fullslip from Nova. It's only a mm or so but just enough so that you can't shut the SCF2

My wife took our kids out yesterday so I could finally watch this in all its glory, and with the added bonus of being the first movie I've watched since getting a new sub (my old HSU finally bit the dust after 8 years of abuse). I think the 'car-fu' sequence is about as close as I'll come to having a religious experience.

This whole movie was bonkers. They just took everything right about the first film and pushed it even further. Loved every minute of it. Even Common's acting was tolerable in this.

Can't wait for the third film (and Nova's edition of it).

Picked up my full slip A today. Love it!!

Agreed, full slip A turned out great, holofoil didn't ruin it at all imo and the steel is nice too much better in hand

regarding the lenti, seems to have been some varying views on it: for me, like @yeslek it's a winner, without the clear sharp/burred distinction of the first, but with greater smooth clarity. of course, together they are awesome. anyway, here's another side by side lenti comparison vid if anyone's interested.

Collected today from the local DO. A1 slip is damaged and the Lenticular has alignment issues. My first bad experience with Nova. Emailed them for a resolution and hoping their CS is good.

btw, @Jhadur i'm using an SCF3 for this, fits perfectly

Yeah my lenti is in an SCF3 as well the shell is a bit tall for the slip but otherwise perfect. The fullslip A on the other hand I've had to put into an SCF4 as the SCF2 isn't tall enough which is a first for any of my fullslips. Think this may be my first fullslip that hasn't fitted into an SCF2.

Thursday August 2nd Item sent to customs and has not updated to released from customs
I now await the customs letter in the post which most likely will arrive on Monday

I will now have vat and an post handling charge to pay

Customs do they think I'm loaded with cash it's the opposite I'm broke

I won't have delivery now till most likely Tue or Wed

Customs using me for their Christmas party fund collection
August to November I get hit buy customs collection but avoid getting hit if before August
