Yes tried 2 different cards and paypal checkout and it just bounces me back to the checkout page time and time again but everytime I try it shows the full amount as a pending transaction on my credit card app for today and keeps reducing my balance for the sale or sales.
Can not keep trying this as my card will have over £200 of pending transactions on it at this rate.

Poor choice of words on my part, should have said any edition included in OC; You can definitely purchase a quarter slip along with an OC. The shipping is combined to the most economical method so doesn't matter if your merch has been purchased under different orders. It will be combined if it makes sense to save on shipping costs; I think an OC will ship by itself and a quarter slip could ship separately.

Finally checked out but some sort of bugs in the system , tried 2 different credit cards and no go got message saying unable to verify credit card. Used a 3rd card and it went straight through no problem just need to keep my eye on the other pending amounts see if they drop off on their own.
