Very common with CM. Seems the “label” is created and it can be sometime before it’s sent. Should go to in transit at sometime. Mine just gone to in transit.

Shipping updates can be a bit quirky with CM but to be fair all have arrived ok so far. Give it a week and message them if need as they seem to be going out now.

Thanks. I’ve only ordered from them before just a few times (and they also arrived okay) so this is good information to know moving forward.

Just received a notice from customs to pay an additional 16,58 EUR. I live in Netherlands, it was shipped from Italy... so I thought, why? So I looked at the invoice and land of origin is China (!) and it was shipped through Switzerland (non EU).

I’ve been getting several shippypro updates per day that read ‘operational delay’ at the FedEx Charles de Gaulle facility. It’s been there for 4 days; my full slip shipped from Italy on the 15th. No big deal with the delay but I am looking forward to seeing it in hand.

They're going to have to figure out a way to ship from Italy and not Switzerland. I myself will not appreciate having to pay customs just because the Italian retailer can't make the trip to an Italian post office and must use a Swiss one. That's preposterous and there's no excuse.
