As promised, here are the pictures of the packaging by JSDVD. Please feel free to add these pics to the OP so that everyone can have a look before buying from them.

I find their packaging totally bulletproof. As you can see in the first picture, the box arrived in a completely bashed and torn condition:

They used 3 layers of bubble wrap on the outside that absorbed the impacts of the outside world:

Inside those 3 outer layers of bubble, each individual steelbook was wrapped in 3-4 layers of bubble on each side:

Yes, I had once. Sometimes, they don't reply the first time. So, send them a reminder mail, 2 days after you had sent the first mail. Then they always reply.

They will provide you an address in both English and I guess Mandarin (It can also be had from their site). While printing ensure you print the address in both the languages in the exact same manner as they told you to. The reason being their postman in Taiwan will only read the address in Mandarin to deliver the return package.

Once it reaches them, they will send a replacement and if you wish to claim the return shipping that you paid, then that will be adjusted towards your subsequent order with them.

thank you so much rainmaker, jsdvd finally sent me a return address in English language,no Chinese.JSDVD also quote maximum shipping refund is $10.00.My actual shipping return was much, much more than $10.00.
Once again thank you.

Can someone be so kind and take pictures (and post here) of the box / packaging next time they receive an order from JSDVD?

It can be 1 steelbook or larger orders, thanks in advance!

Hey guys, do they combine shipping? I tried to email them but they didn't respond at all, thanks in advance :)

Yes, they do. They even just combined shipping for me without me having to do anything. I pre-ordered G.I. Joe steelbook a few weeks ago and then Real Steel VMB after that. Real Steel said it would ship in 2-10 days after I ordered it. Anyway, I got my shipping notification for G.I. Joe yesterday and paid it. Today Real Steel got ready to ship and they sent me a shipping invoice for it. And what they did was reduced the price (called it a refund) and then charged me only part of what the shipping cost would normally be and combined it with the other item they were getting ready to ship. They told me to let them know if I didn't want the combined shipping.

That's a pretty cool move in my book! :oohyeah: To offer me combined shipping on something I had no intention of shipping together and didn't even ask them to do it.

Just out of curiosity.

How much would I save roughly if I did combined shipping for 2 steels (1 available now and other in 2 weeks from now) using EMS to Canada or should I just email JSDVD about it?

Got my shipping invoice for Iron Man 3. Just putting a "shipping item" into the basket and paying via credit card. This was easier as it seemed before (this was my first order at JSDVD).

All the shipping rates are given HERE

Shipping weight for 2 steels including packaging and stuff would be more than 0.5Kg, so you should be looking under the 1.0Kg tab.

For Canada, it states NT$760 via EMS which is just NT$150 more than the cost for one steelbook. I always order 3 steels from them because firstly, it divides the shipping cost in three and secondly, they always are less than 1Kg. So, it is like making full utilization of the shipping cost
