I appreciate that there's a space for Jurassic World, but only the first 3 are mentioned on the mock-up.

I'm not a fan of that to be honest, the contents not matching the box.

Don't worry about that, just pay for the item first and when it's released and in-stock (normally couple of days prior to release date) they will email you shipping options to pay (with a link)

It depends on package weight, Fast & Furious boxset weighs about 1.7kg and shipping options for it were (EMS: NT$1070: ~£22.35 / standard: $880).
