I didn't know that but if that's true it's an absolute piss take from Universal as this is absolutely the better artwork, twats.
Wait so the really sh!t artwork is full gloss with a debossed title and with this they didn’t even bother to spot gloss the title/ logo?

I’ve only seen a US unboxing of the Scarlett art so tbh we’ve probably also been shafted on that too but yeah this one is a massive p!sstake

I’m paying over £30 I want some kind of finish on these f**king steelbooks you greedy c*nts. Getting really sick and tired of WB & Universal at the moment. They will be their own downfall with these minimal efforts, new release costs and catalogue title prices plus the increase in collectors editions too.

Just seen an unboxing and turns out we got shafted on that one too. Matte finish with debossed logo

Universal, you need to stop with this different finish for different territories boll0cks. Either that or sack the person who makes the decisions on European finishes and hire the US person. Muppets

It's so bizarre isn't it, you look at Astro Creations and the finish he's got for his Annihilation steelbook, the Fullslip cost me less than the Nosferatu collector's edition and it's ******* leagues ahead so it simply can't be a cost issue given the size and clout of Universal etc.

I think the fomo is a big issue. Why should they care about quality when people buy it anyway. If more people voted with their wallets maybe they would stop shafting collectors so much.

Very good isn’t a term I would use to describe it in any shape or form. By Matt I mean it’s just printed on metal, no gloss finish. Is there a metal ‘shine’ to it, yes, so I guess you could call that zero finish, but the colors/print is dull and lifeless.
It must be a very good zero finish l. Doesn't look matte at all.

Nosferatu is worse I think but the strangest thing about that one is that they'd already released nicer steelbooks for it before so why cheap out?

Anyone watched the 4K yet? I had to double check I had the right disc in. picture is rubbish. got the odd scene or shot that looks rich and deep but the grain is mostly awful. I don't want that sh!t on a new Jurassic Park film it's not the 70s. I swear it wasn't this bad when I first watched it.

Watched Fantastic Four first which looked incredible then this straight after and felt like a major downgrade. Yeah two completely different films tonally but still not impressed with the picture on this. letdown all around this release

I've been reading some reviews of rebirth and this seems to be the directors intent.

Yeah I assumed this. There’s some great visual scenes with it missing but mostly backgrounds, the dark scene on the first boat, walls and all landscapes look like wiggly worms it’s horrible.

Wasn't The Creator similar? Director favours a more grainy filmic look.
It kinda suited that. But the rest of the JP series don’t look like this lol

This film was great, big, annoying pile of sh1t!

And the only JP film I won't be adding to my collection. Absolute joke of a film.

Feckin Snickers wrapper......!

Errm, it wasn't so bad. It was simple, and I enjoyed it more than Dominion - which to me was just like the rise of skywalker. An overdirected piece of fan service, that didn't actually service well, screamed of studio interference and multiple rewrites.

This was essentially Jurrasic Park 3 v2, and I think I preferred it to that as well. For me it goes JP, JW, LW, JW2, JW4, JP3, JW3.
