mWait so the really sh!t artwork is full gloss with a debossed title and with this they didn’t even bother to spot gloss the title/ logo?
I’ve only seen a US unboxing of the Scarlett art so tbh we’ve probably also been shafted on that too but yeah this one is a massive p!sstakeI didn't know that but if that's true it's an absolute piss take from Universal as this is absolutely the better artwork, twats.

Just seen an unboxing and turns out we got shafted on that one too. Matte finish with debossed logoI didn't know that but if that's true it's an absolute piss take from Universal as this is absolutely the better artwork, twats.

It's so bizarre isn't it, you look at Astro Creations and the finish he's got for his Annihilation steelbook, the Fullslip cost me less than the Nosferatu collector's edition and it's ******* leagues ahead so it simply can't be a cost issue given the size and clout of Universal etc.Just seen an unboxing and turns out we got shafted on that one too. Universal, you need to stop with this different finish for different territories boll0cks. Either that or sack the person who makes the decisions on European finishes and hire the US person. Muppets
I think the fomo is a big issue. Why should they care about quality when people buy it anyway. If more people voted with their wallets maybe they would stop shafting collectors so much. It's so bizarre isn't it, you look at Astro Creations and the finish he's got for his Annihilation steelbook, the Fullslip cost me less than the Nosferatu collector's edition and it's ******* leagues ahead so it simply can't be a cost issue given the size and clout of Universal etc.
It must be a very good zero finish l. Doesn't look matte at all.
Is it a zero finish?Honestly so disappointed with Universal for not spot glossing that logo title. I’m happy with the art but the conviction is just f**king MEH

Yeah I believe the term is zero. It’s not a bad matte. It’s nice and smooth. Is it a zero finish?
I've been reading some reviews of rebirth and this seems to be the directors intent.Anyone watched the 4K yet? I had to double check I had the right disc in. picture is rubbish. got the odd scene or shot that looks rich and deep but the grain is mostly awful. I don't want that sh!t on a new Jurassic Park film it's not the 70s. I swear it wasn't this bad when I first watched it.
Watched Fantastic Four first which looked incredible then this straight after and felt like a major downgrade. Yeah two completely different films tonally but still not impressed with the picture on this. letdown all around this release
Wasn't The Creator similar? Director favours a more grainy filmic look.I've been reading some reviews of rebirth and this seems to be the directors intent.
Yeah I assumed this. There’s some great visual scenes with it missing but mostly backgrounds, the dark scene on the first boat, walls and all landscapes look like wiggly worms it’s horrible.I've been reading some reviews of rebirth and this seems to be the directors intent.
It kinda suited that. But the rest of the JP series don’t look like this lolWasn't The Creator similar? Director favours a more grainy filmic look.
