No i´d rather say it´s still not available everywhere. I think more stores will get it it´s just to early. Give it one or two more weeks and it´ll probably be easyer to find them when more stores got them delivered

Not sure you'll be able to find any of the rare ones in store so on that note try and get any new worthy releases like Warrior/The Thing/Sin City/Scream 4/The Expendables MM Exclusive (or any MM worthy exclusive title)

Do any of the German members here know where you can find this with the discs inside the steelbook? "Marktkauf" and "real" only have (well, had actually since I could only find them once so far) the discs outside which I don't really like.

i also do not see them instore anymore at real (we do not have Marktkauf at all where i live and work!)...

Me too dude. Did your copy have the discs oustide? Mine does, but that SteelBook sure feels kinda heavy if it's empty!
I usually always open my steels, but I was gonna keep this one sealed as I have already opened my Yellow JumpSuit version....

The Black suit version comes empty as the stores that sell them have you to pay the Steelbook and then pickup the Discs at the customer service desk!
They are mostly large supermarkets where they try to save from beeing stolen this way!

But you are right, seems heavy for an empty case!!!

I received the black version this morning and my discs were inside the steelbook, my friend in Germany says that it varies, some steelbooks have the discs inside, others you have to pick up the discs separately. He has also been informed that the black suit version is a lot rarer than the yellow suit, I think with the yellow suit being available on Amazon.de and not the black will make the black one even harder to track down, hence the £40+ on ebay.

It seems that way, but I'm quite sure that they will just keep on reprinting this one and they just sold out the first badge quickly. It is also actually available as a "black suit" DVD steelbook and I almost accidentally bought that one instead

I wouldn't start worrying or paying £40+ just yet. The retail price is 19,99 Euros and I'm sure they will be available again soon.
