I already have the Canadian versions and don't normally double dip so it will depend on the artwork for this. However choice 2 is easily the best in my opinion.

Its parts 1 and 2 shown as a single film. Not sure how it would be edited.
Never bought either kill bill films as the extras where quite lacklustre.
I thought that it pointed to better releases to come in the future, but it seems to be the norm for Tarantino films.
