MY guess is we wont see it anytime soon and perhaps it might become actually MORE.

Quentin said recently that he originally had planned for Kill Bill to be like a film he revisited every 10 years with Uma. This obviously didnt happen , but he did reference viv's daughter getting older (like that mashup mock poster we've most all seen, fake) but had also said there was to be more anime.

Point being I think he is undecided or wants to do more that perhaps he feels it worth better to just tie it all together for a complete release later as opposed to just the extended 2 part cut.

my thoughts...

As a fan of QT I would love to see TWBA released worldwide but I doubt that. See the story continuing, ok, also good. TWBA in bluray? I'm in! But do not see it happening in the near future. All we can do is wait and hope for the best.

full slip a is ok, but full slip b is crap, so no 1 click.

Not really impressed with either, the second one looks slightly better but a bit dull. The first one looks like a bad photoshop job. I would have much preferred a lenti.

Out of the two Fullslip A is the better for me. I wouldn't mind B so much except for "Quentin Tarantino Films..." which I don't like.

The worry about picking up one of these though, especially A, is that when/if they do Vol. 2, will those slips match these slips.

Haha, same here! I never 'watch' any Nova threads on the forum, but I was watching this one. Slip A looks the best, but the colours on the front make it look like The Bride is fighting inside a metal factory (could almost use that background for a Terminator 2 release).

As a lenticular man, I will probably purchase neither of these though I must say, I think B is the nicer option of the two. I think A is hyper obnoxious and looks incredibly cheap and tacky with the poor photoshop and the distasteful yellow.

I think on B, the paper effect will really suit the design and the red should pop quite nicely against the monochromatic background.
Finally I actually love the artwork on the back of B. It's a lovely shot and the depth of field and texture makes it look really vintage especially alongside the faded black spine. In fact, all of the trimmings and spine really match the back artwork well. I think it looks really coherent

Really disappointed with those! Fullslip A is ok, but B is bloody awful!

To be honest, it's got be a decent price for me to go with Fullslip A, as I'm not too keen on it either, thinking about it.

Thought nova would smash this, sadly dosent look like it so far

a little underwhelmed w/slip B. i would have wanted a textured Beatrix Kiddo Rider suit similar to the dvd slipcase released by Japan..hopefully we get a kick ass lenti..

i think both slips look pretty good and they will probably be nicer in hand. nova slips are always top game. besides, this will LITERALLY be the only premium steelbook release for Kill Bill 1+2. I suspect it will sell out fairly quickly.

Both slips are really disappointing, quite happy with my original UK version till we see a steel of the full version of the film. Bet @Noodles could have done something far superior to these poor efforts.
