Adding Steelbook to define the statement...WEA - Not true...WESA - True

My point is you don't need to add steelbook, we all know it's a steelbook, it's why we are in this part of the forum

You were just making it longer when it don't need to be. Maybe something different altogether or maybe somthing like REA then you know it's for that retailer for that territory

Anyway all this is pointless lol I'm sticking with WEA

EA - For what? Slip, Steelbook...?

HMV's wording is fine...Even if the same Steel can be bought somewhere else globally as it's for the UK market

Why would it be for the slip? Lol we've seen premium retailers use the same art on slips before... This is all for steelbooks, WEA is never referred to the slip

EA is okay to be fair for exclusive art and we ALL know it's for the steelbook being in this part of the forum

I'm talking about ML's wording

I'm guessing you've missed reading most of the comments about WEA on this Steelbook thread

Yea I read it, and adding a "S" to WEA is pointless

Makes no difference, you asked if its for a steelbook or slip. My point is premium retailers don't say "world exclusive slip case"

Anyway none of this matters because mantas was world exclusive art up until 2 days ago lol

It is one thing to license one design or collection with a company to see how it goes. It’s like going on a blind date – you see what happens. But it is quite another to tie your wagon to a company for 2-3 years.” Artist Tara Reid
http://mariabrophy.com/business-of-art/should-you-sign-an-exclusive-agreement-what-to-consider.html

EXCLUSIVE as applied here (lol)
- given or belonging to no other; not shared or divided; sole: an exclusive right to sell something. An exclusive right or privilege, as to market a product. Something that is limited in number or the only source of something or something restricted to a limited number of people.
- excluding certain people or groups, as for social or economic reasons: snobbish, undemocratic
- dealing only in costly items

WEA(T)

We all know that exclusive regular steelbooks remain exclusive with one retailer for only so long (and even then it's normal that that company has the exclusive rights for a particular country with exactly the same steelbook sold in multiple territories by other companies with the same exclusivity rights).
.We also know that exclusivity can run out in less than six months and that there are countless examples of former Zavvi exclusives turning up at HMV and Amazon exclusives turning up at Zavvi and so on.

As far as the owner of the image is concerned it's all been said and it goes without saying that if I buy a sketch by a well-known artist and add personal touches to it I'm not going to call it my artwork.
