Sorry for lame questions, but I ordered first time from HDzeta. I didn´t get any email, but on my account there is statement that order is delivered (today´s date) with tracking number next to it, but when I check it on china post tracking, the number has not been found. What do I do wrong? What is the right site to check that tracking number? Thanks guys

Check your tracking number with aftership.com or 17track.net (my favorite). Take into consideration it might take a few hours before the number shows up in any tracking system. Also, tracking numbers are sometimes made public before the package is even dropped off at the post office. Until the initial scan, you won't see anything in any tracking system.

Please can someone help - this is my first post and I have just joined to ask a question.
Have just ordered LA Confidential via HDZETA website after weeks of trying as the website has now only just accepted visa however when I look at my account history there are two old pending orders (which are the two attempts at checkout only to discover they did not at that time accept visa) . My successful order is there but how to I get rid of the two pending? Hope this makes sense, I have emailed HDZeta but get no response

I wouldn't worry about it. I have one of those in my account and obviously it's not a problem for HDzeta (I sent an email to them about it a while ago and it's still there).

Mine has as well. Ordered from HDzeta direct. They posted the tracking number. Says "delivered" not shipped.
All my previous orders have that listed as delivered when shipped

They should yes be listing despatched or shipped but not an issue for me as you have the tracking number

In my case, there was a networking problem when completing my order and the payment didn't go through (nothing to do with HDzeta).

I redid the order, completed it without problems and it shipped today, actually.

The incomplete order is still there but I'm not concerned about it. I'm sure no stock is reserved, as HDzeta haven't deleted the order.

Welcome to HDN :) I'm sure you'll find plenty of interesting stuff going on around in here :thumbs:

I can see the order I made today has been processed , but I could also still see my previous attempts when I had to go all the wAy to checkout only to discover at that point no visa option. Is this usual? Also no email confirmation

I read it somewhere before I think, that Zeta doesn´t send confirmation emails at all, I didn´t get one as well, so I wouldn´t worry about it. It´s funny like customer service differ within these premium retailers, for example FilmArena is sending "reminder" emails about your pending orders every week or so, Im getting tired of this....

Anyway, welcome here, I joined few days ago as well, although I collect steelbooks for 8 years :)

You can get into this same situation fairly easily with some other retailers, e.g., at KimchiDVD when preorder goes live for a highly wanted item. The order can be seen on your account, but obviously the payment hasn't gone through.

These eventually go into "cancelled" (or similar) status at KimchiDVD, but maybe HDzeta don't have an automatic or manual process in place that would ensure this. You definitely won't be charged (well, obviously :)) or otherwise penalized for those dead orders.

As already mentioned by @Hereticz HDzeta store isn't set up for sending shipping notifications, so you never get those. But if you can see the tracking number in your order details, it has entered the shipping phase and you can (soon, if not already) see tracking entries at 17track.net or other mail tracking sites.
