I look at it like maybe it wouldn't have been as good 7 years ago, Damien most likely wouldn't of had gosling and stone too plus the success of whiplash helped this in more ways than people realise. Shame it goes that way in films and Hollywood but this is one of those rare occasions im happy he had to wait.

It's perfect and it could of been very different visually among other things on a smaller budget

That fearurette you mentioned is very interesting, watched it the other night

Plus whiplash is a perfect first film

Yes that Bonus feature was so insightful.. But true you are right !!! even though Damien said 95% of the movie he had visioned it all, it's true he would not have been the same made at that time... it's perfect timing especially most probably Whiplash must have been very motivated to be great so he can do a name for himself. after a great movie now he got all the help he needed to make this delight of a movie  ...seen it 6 times now, OST countless :joy: and Score as well  ...you are right though it's true it would have been different actors and it would not have been near what this film is... without Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling they made the movie what special it is.. cannot imagine any other 2 actors to bring it to the level of specialness it is !!!

I don't think so mate.

They also have regular Blu Ray (£17.49) DVD (£12.99) and 4K (£22.99) all in stock. All separate listings, all different prices.

Yeah actually mate, that's exactly what happened to me. charged steelbook price as i ordered the steel but DVD sent. nearly a month later and they still haven't sorted by refund. useless.

Personally I always have problems with zoom no matter what it is I order.

They tend to offer a good price, but hit a problem and you're then stuck with a nightmare.

Couldn't agree with you more. I ordered Don't Breathe from them when it came out......... 4 dented steels later, I gave up! Packaging and customer service very poor.

Hmmm I'm totally confused now!!? They sent me an email today saying my order has been cancelled and my payment through paypal was refunded, however I've now received a dispatch notification?? I will be happy if it does arrive!!

OK so received a package from Zoom today! It is a steelbook... although its Hacksaw Ridge instead of La La Land. Haven't ordered Hacksaw Ridge .

Did they say why they cancelled?

They never had stock of these when it went up again - my order yesterday has been cancelled and refunded. What a complete balls-up
