I had this on pre order but decided to cancel as it's not the type of film I be interested in

I would not trust them. they send you the DVD then charge the steenbok price. poor retailer.
That's never happened to me and had a few steels from them including this

pretty sure someone on here bought a steel and received the amaray (not this film) and pretty sure it was resolved in an instant....

Ah ok, well I've had the wrong product from zavvi before - can't remember what it was but its defo happened, Amazon - bought the revenant vinyl and it had a random bands vinyl inside, music magpie - again bough a outkast vinyl and received a spongebob DVD lol that seriously happened. Annoying but all sorted out
Zoom are better now, they send steels in a bubble mailer inside a cardboard wraparound protector. Actaully has more protection than zavvis white boxes
I agree mate, Zoom are pretty alright in my experience, and if it's the last place to pick this up, no brainer IMO, great UK release. Spongebob DVD LOL you laugh about it now, but I bet you reaction was priceless....

That is odd. Can't remember my first order but that came in a bubble mailer (last year) but then eveything since has been bm & card wrap around. I just assumed a lot complained so they upped their packaging. Very odd and luckily got to you in one piece
