They use cardboard envelopes. It's not the best protection but I never received a damaged steelbook from them.
And they have a very good customer service.

I wonder what part in the film offended them so much to make them slap a 12 rating on it?

We are not that strict when it comes to age restrictions on film, but age rating of 12 is definitely good in my opinion. I wouldnt show this film to a 4 year old.

Yeah when I changed the delivery to UK it automatically showed me the 3.45 euro price for shipping.. which keeps it under 20 euros for the steelbook and the delivery

Received my copy from Bol.com (I'm dutch) steelbook isn't that bad but sure isn't worth more than the €15 I've spend on it
