I have contacted them in the past about "payment problem" with my Paypal. There was plenty of funds in my account, but they were in USD not GBP, I don't know why it has to be transferred into GBP for it to clear, but I transferred it over & then sent Zavvi a message to try again & they said "sorry but we have to cancel your order"! so then I had to wait for all the cancelled orders to come back up for sale & buy them again.

I swear the same thing happened with Aladdin? They dispatched the Steelbook a week earlier than expected and loads of people weren't expecting it. They should at least send out warning to everyone that the release date for this has been moved forward. Luckily I made sure I had enough money in my account to cover for these, but I am sure most don't.

I dont understand why zavvi does this. Personally its not a problem but still i didnt expect the lady and the tramp and dumbo order to go through today. My order has 3 of each so i got over 100 gbp to use the discount so its a really large order to just be charged for suddenly a week early. Methinks zavvi is gonna have to deal with lots of payment card issues.

Yes the site just keeps kicking me out when i try to enter a new card or have my existing card retried. I guess we are getting screwed over by Zavi. I'm very happy with all these Disney steels but their customer service is an embarassment!

Same here. I was going to see if this was still in stock and cancel 10 days prior to the release date. It's 12 days and dispatched! I could always refuse it if the pictures turn out bad. We'll see...

I was looking forward to a FS release last year, so I shouldn't feel bad that Zavvi picked this up (along with every other steel known to man).

this was shipped this morning didnt expect this i expected peter pan never put the money in my account from my savings to my current as i had an email saying payment problem i tried to pay for it one again but screen just blank bloody zavvi should get their release dates right hope peter pan and dumbo cancellations be on soon

For me just the same! I have the credit card entered by my friend and solved the problem so but the screen remained blank at Zavvi!?!?!
Weiss someone who I have my money on friday it reaches the still, or canceled Zavvi all my Disney classics where I ordered?

Would have been nice for Zavvi to release that information before yesterday, or to start shipping next week instead of yesterday.

Would definitely have cancelled. Wonder if I can return.

I still wouldn't take anything a Zavvi customer service rep says as confirmation. I will reserve judgement until we have seen actual pictures or I have it in hand. As for returns, of course you can return and if you send by the cheapest method it only costs £1.10 (just make sure you get proof of posting), so it's definitely worth it if these turn out to be terrible. I may be returning at least one copy myself as I have two coming. I thought I had trimmed all of my Disney pre-orders to single copies, but it looks like this slipped through the net
