If not it'll be your typical German poor finish, printed back and no inside art.

That artwork easily beats the UK one. For the fact that UK cover has Tom hardy and Shia LaBeouf holding tommy guns. They never use Tommy guns in the film, only Gary Oldman.

(I haven't seen this yet cause I'm waiting for my Play.com steel to arrive) If that is blood on his arms next to his sleeves, I think it would be awesome if that was red. It would stand out more and match up with the red in the title.

Seems that this won't be an exlusive. Koch Media lists this on their official page with a suggested retail price of 14,99€.
That's only an assumption but for example they list only the second The Raid Steelbook on their page and not the amazon exclusive...

P.S: They list it with german subs only, but both english and german audio
