It's my first purchase at KIMCHI and while I'm disappointed the shipping date was changed 3 times and 03/08 when they decide to send my Leon is not sent is already 03/09 in Korea and no shipping. I hope that does not delay because the longer treatment to all clients would have to be the same and this is not happening.

This and Thor 2 were my first Kimchi purchases. Although Thor 2 has shipped, this still has NOT. No reason, no e-mail, no communication at all.

Yesasia was bashed today in another thread for having such a poor service (which I've never personally experienced) but Kimchi haven't done themselves any favours with me on this. Not exactly the first impressions I was hoping for.

The way is to wait what reassures me is that we know that the store is reliable and their products are differentiated so worth the wait but they have to understand that we are anxious without further information see our friends from the forum getting shipping confirmation. I believe they send to everyone still 09/03 on there now is too early Korean postal service still closed. But I'll just stay quiet when you receive the tracking.

As a first experience I feel a little disappointed but that could change soon .. with shipping and subsequent arrival of the product .. lol

Kimchi and Yesasia are not even close in customer service. Kimchi at least ships out the product you order. I can't even count how many times I have had orders cancelled from yesasia because they never had stock to fill.

This was the argument that popped up on another thread earlier, yet here I am waiting for Kimchi to 'ship out my order'

No shipping but my innocence is to find which they sent on Sunday! Apparently the delay in shipment will be at least 2 days. Not good!
