Got mine last week. Really love the film and artwork. Some light scratches on the gloss. Only thing I hate about the slips is I'm afraid to use them because I fear they will scratch the steelbook. Paranoid collector issues.

I am thinking about buying to Non-Exclusive Full Slip. Does anyone know if'n it's the same thing as the exclusive minus the sticker & #card? Is there any other difference? Please help!!

From everything that has been posted here, as well as photos available on the site, it looks identical apart from number card, sticker and 2 card sized photos. Everything else, slip, clear slip, steelbook and art cards look the same.

Well worth picking up!

Right on^ thank you. To be totally honest, I have the exclusive but don't really want to open it...that's why I'm considering this alternative. I also have the UK steel....issues, I know....

I finally received mine and it has multiple dimple impressions and paint chips. Not very happy with the quality of this steel. In my opinion it does not stand up to what I have come to know as Kimchi quality.

As a follow up to this, I have contacted Tony and he has requested pis of the steel and the way it was received. I have just sent these and cannot wait for the response.

This is what I call customer service...just the fact that he has responded and dealing with this is better than most other companies would do.

Think so, too. When I wasn't willing to send back my damaged LGB steelbook he simply didn't reply to me at all. Asked him for a partial refund which he didn't respond to. That was really annoying actually!

Got my 1/4 and full a couple days ago. Got the 1/4 because of the limited number but the full slip version just looks so much better. Overall I'm glad I ended up getting both.

Tony is sending a replacement empty case for the one with all the paint chips. Couldn't be happier with the service I have received for this and from everything I have seen and heard, this is what we have come to expect from Kimchidvd

WOW! I haven't even opened it yet and I can already tell you that this has immediately catapulted to one of my favorite steelbooks in my whole collection. I was really hoping they would change the steel to full gloss instead of spot glossed letters, but hey, all things considered, my days of "longing" for the Japanese digipack that I was never able to source are over. I mean.. I've seen all the pics in this thread so I know what everything looks like, but just holding this sealed gem in hand feels fantastic. The clear slip overtop the full slip is SOLID GOLD! and is something we haven't seen yet before this release.

Everything about this release is fantastic. Kimchi is sitting atop the steelbook world right now.

Here is my pristine flawless copy!

Agreed man, the clear slip looks fantastic. Really impressed with this steel. This was my first kimchi steel, it definitely will not be my last.
