I can confirm that the price adjusts when they ship it out as long as the price is lower before it starts processing. If the price drops after, then you'll need to contact customer support

Why wouldn't they? If its at $19.99 than they will bill you at that same price. But I wouldn't order anything from them when it comes to steels. I rather go early and pick up a copy. Pretty bad packaging...
