Would you inform me about the price of the steelbook, and and an estimated value of shipping & handling cost?
/I do not know what expensive means for you - I'd not like to pay more than 30-35 USD as shipping cost. But of course everything depends on the price of the steelie. If it was not too pricey, maybe I could spend more on shipping../

It is 1000 pieces. It was confirmed 1000 shortly after release confirmation.
