Could be, or it could be that an initial print run was produced, from which JSDVD was able to restock. There's probably no way to know before orders start shipping. I wouldn't be surprised if JSDVD weren't sure themselves.

Especially if books.com is also entitled to the gift, I think there must be a sufficient amount to honor orders on both sites.

JSDVD have updated their listing to include the photo booklet, so it seems that all orders placed in advance of the release date will get one.

Looks like everyone who ordered after Feb 21st will have to wait until April 1st for their order to be shipped. I assume its because of the photo booklet?
