That looks like a windowed full slip showing the lenticular steelbook.

Yep, which means that the Korean and Taiwanese releases are probably going to be identical except that one will have that 'window slip' while the other will probably have the usual 1/4 slip.

That's a bit of a letdown from the Taiwanese one. I was expecting something more like the latest Avatar 3D Ironpack re-release with full lenticular slip.

So much potential in a full slip for this steelbook and they actually disapoint.... The first Mock-up was way better than this but i guess on the other this will be a unique release...

Hmm, interesting approach.

It gives you both worlds. Full slipcover but a view/feel of lenticular cover inside.

Definitely need more time to see if I love it.

I still think it's a bit lazy. It reminds me a lot of the JBHiFi Snow White & Huntsman, except at least with that one we got a bit of decoration with the slip cover. This one looks like it's just going to be a plain blue slip, and I think they could have put more effort into the design.

Also the same as the Senna slip, but the bigger issue with both of these was the fact that the slips are G1 size! :(

It's no more lazy than the standard quarter slips that TWN does most of the times and other countries as well. Sometimes you need a new change every now and then.

Though I wonder if this didn;t have a lenticular cover, would there be a 'window' in full slipcover.

I've never seen anything like this, so could i get some information :D? The slip cover is just a windowed cut out showing the lenticular (magnet?) on the steelbook. So is this pretty much like the Korea release with the magnetic lenticular thing?

This one looks like it should be G2.

Actually I'm beginning to wonder if this isn't just a practical solution to the problem of overlaying the usual Taiwanese 1/4 slip over a raised magnetic lenticular. The steelbook itself will probably be exactly the same as the UK one, but inside the blue window case.

This is how I imagine it to be.

Doesn't really do it for me tbh... I don't quite understand the need for a window when the usual 1/4 slip would do just fine a job of showing off the lenticular? It may be different but that doesn't make it good by default.

If a thing ain't broken, why fix it?

Is THAT the slipcover? LOL. What an ugly piece of crap! I don't even consider it a slipcase/cover... It's just a border with some Asian letters I don't understand.

I thought there would be a yellow slipcase with the tiger? :(
