My 2 copies are stuck due to Incorrect invoice. Never been through this before. Not sure if JSDVD marked down the value like instructed. Will the package be returned If I don't pay the charge? If yes I will do the same. Please advice.

Don't accept the package mate tell them to return to sender. It happened to me with Taken 2 when parcel force wanted £25. JSDVD said they declared a low value so not sure what's going on.

looks like they might end up cancelling my order because of the problems they had with some of their stock being damaged.i guess thats what i get for ordering too much lol...they probably can't fulfill it.
i did send them an email to propose to just ship my items for free since this is causing an inconvenience haven't heard from them yet since it is still early locally in Taiwan.we'll see...

its from a few pages back.it was in regards to the cardboard slipcover.they had to try to haul some more copies to replace the ones with the bent cardboards.
maybe they couldn't find enough copies

you have to keep checking your account on their website.it will be a separate total that you will see aside from your initial order.there will be a link that you will have to copy to and paste to activate the shipping payment process.

As stated above, some of the cardboard slipboxes arrived with creasing/crush damage. You wouldn't have to open it to see it. I don't think they shipped any damaged ones anyway.
