Does arrowfilms.co.uk ships their blu-rays in a box or just a padded envelope?

I just got an order from them. I ordered a few items so it came in a box. I think if you order one it just comes in a padded envelope though.

I contact customer service and ask if I order the item will they ship it in a box and I got this reply:

"Thank you for your request. If you order this item and contact me direct at [email protected] after you place the order I can advise the despatching company to ensure that this is packaged sturdily.
