I ordered some CJ Blu-rays from them, everything was great, just arrived last week. :)
I have never received any Steelbooks from them though.

my main concern is their packaging? did they send them in a box with bubble? or envelope?

thanks in advance.

I ordered multiple movies and they did place them in a cardboard box with bubblewrap. I did order the Lion King Steelbook from them and asked them to make sure to pack it securely with lots of bubblewrap so that it does not get dented and they said they would do it for me (e-mailed their CS). :)

Hmmm, sometimes when websites crash (server side), messages like this appear, when you enter the address. I don't have the last customer service message with me, here, that I received regarding the delay of the LK Steelbook, to Oct 21. Maybe someone that has their e-mail address wants to send an e-mail to customer service to see what's happening here?

Here is their reply...
"
yes, the site is down currently. We'll give alarm to the technical
people as soon as they come to office. It must be temporary error.
Probably certain error in HTTP server. Trying to make it intact
again as soon as possible. Sorry for the matter.

For already given orders, don't worry. We have order list from
out members separately. Orders will be processed as scheduled.

You could tell others we are still alive and the error is temporary.
We will mail you after the site works intact again.

Truly sorry again for the inceonveniences"

Love the clean back cover. I'm starting to tire of studios putting a bunch of crap on the back: Talking to you Paramount (Germany)
