With the amount embossing/debossing on this cover, for those who already have it, does it feel filmsy like the cover of the Best Buy Jurassic Park G1 steel? Meaning does it feel like a congo drum? :)

Lol, good one! It definitely doesn't feel flimsy, but it when you push down on it slightly (just towards the front center), it goes down and pops back up. Any time you have extensive debossing/embossing like the Lion King has, you're going to get that. I haven't handled the Jurassic Park G1 steelbook , so I can't really compare.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't compare. I've bought the FS Jurassic Park and it felt really thin compared to my other steels. I'm happy I've returned it and got the German one instead.

Thanks for checking. Maybe someday Biscuit can make a video of the congo drum in the black Jurassic Park steelbook? :hilarious:

Ash, a 'Congo Drum'....that's gotta be the funniest description of this, that I have heard, :joy: :hilarious:

I thought so too but I believe someone around here mentioned it first, can't remember where though. So I won't take credit for that. However, I suspect it could have been inspired by this: :hilarious:

...which is on sale today only for $44.99 in the 'Hot Deals' aisle as part of Black Friday mayhem...$44.99

Ok, back to our regularly scheduled program.

The cover of this Steel (which I have, too), definitely is thinner feeling, but it happens with multiple 'treatments' as Darc pointed out. Still a bad ass Steel :scat:!
