I believe that If you include this one with an other steelbook of june wave, they should be sent together in june if you choose the option "send a minimum package" (or equivalent)

Unfortunately they probably won't. It doesn't matter what you put, they'll almost certainly split the order and send the Lockout on its own. It's very annoying that Amazon Japan will split orders like this, but it's happened so many times I've come to expect it of them.

I don't think so, I've ordered and existing stocks with different pre-order timeline many a time. Some times they ship separately and some time they wait till the rest are ready and send them in a lot.
There's no basis on they would definitely send out individually.

Yes so did I until I learned otherwise. I've lost count of the times they've split orders despite being instructed not to. I don't know why they split orders like they do, but based on my own experience it's more than likely that they will.

I ordered this with a couple of others from this wave and asked them to ship them all together in June. I just checked my order at it states the shipping date as 5th June for the complete order.
So I hope they don't ship this on its own as that's when there is more of a possibility of a single steel getting damaged.
I have also ordered this from yesasia to be sure of a mint copy and noticed they have sold out of this now.

Yes it is. This whole wave is available from HMV JP.

Originally had this pre ordered from Amazon.jp, along with District 9. However, HMV.JP have it a lot cheaper to the UK so switched to them.
