I decided just to buy E5. I like the full slip of E2 and it's great, that there is a booklet instead of a photo book, but the other goodies and the limited card are not my cup of tea.

The shipping GB is not active yet since there are still a lot of items invoiced the old way but dont worry, it will be opened once the GBs under the new system will start shipping

Thought around the release date, we must send the payment for shipping to Karel via Paypal,

I always send the shipping fee as Gift to Karel to avoid being charged any fees. I believe there won't be any changes to this format. Personally I don't want to be paying PP / admin fees for shipping.

There's no reason why Karel can't just do a mass PM for shipping as before rather than doing a separate actual group buy for shipping.

Yeah I've had 2 emails from them today telling me that preorders are now live. Very helpful for my collectible number of 1526. You reckon they've noticed that I went form buying 2 or 3 releases a month to nothing in the last 7 months.
