Shipping worldwide should be about 6-7 Euro, insurance included. You have to ship it as "Großbrief international + Einschreiben international"). Used this option several times. And you can still order it online to be delivered to your Müller store.

I have yet to ship a steelbook to a collector outside of Germany, so thanks for your helpful input @metal hunter Even better for @Dan if he's interested
(By the way I know the steelbook is available online, but I rather check for available copies in store. It's easier to source a mint copy. With two well-stocked Müller stores in my area, chances are pretty good I would find a copy there and didn't have to order online.)
