Word of caution from an UK HDN Member about HMV (thanks VRob98)

People should just be aware of 2 things:

1) If you receive a damaged or faulty copy from now on, you will not receive a replacement or refund

2) If they charge your card and are then unable to fulfil your order, you will not be refunded.

The way a company operates whilst under administration is quite different to how it operates normally, and certain consumer rights are suspended. If anything goes wrong you would have to apply to the administrator or claim against your credit card issuer.

I'd encourage everyone who has orders in with HMV to consider the above, as I'd hate to see anyone here lose their money in all of this.

Wish the back was in the same animated style as the front, but all in all it's a very unique looking steel and I'm sure it will look great either way. Hoping for a nice glossy finish.

I had to order this. First time ordering from HMV. Hope everything turns out ok. This steebook is turning out to be awesome. May be a stretch for to be embossed/debossed but at least a nice shiny coating would set it off! Cant wait to find out for sure.

I am not arguing any of the above, just saying that the way everything is placed, makes it look funny. I know what everything is and how he holds it. I love this movie. But the way its laid out could've been better. I love the concept tho....

LOL... I reckon a few hours is about correct for an estimate. I think this movie is worth a double dip but I hear ya on the cutting back. 2012 has been a crazy steelbook/movie year.

It certainly has... all the awesome releases we've had during 2012 has totally killed my wallet and left me struggling to afford anything else. I seriously can't do it again next year, but I can already tell Play.com aren't going to PLAY (bad pun) nice and will no doubt spoil us with loads more cool steelbooks that I can't resist.

As for Looper... I really enjoyed the movie, but I still expected a lot more from it, so I'll be happy with just the one steel.
