There are no slips this time in Korea. Both Kimchi and Nova talk nothing about slips. I was counting on that but it was no impediment for me to buy it at Kimchi.
For slip or fullslip try JSDVD in Taiwan. There is also a thread opened on the subject.

Region A, I don't have a region free player, yet. It was roughly $39 including shipping on Novamedia. Kimchi shipping was more expensive.
