Mine arrived today and I can say that the packaging wasn't really good. There was only 1,1 and a half layer of bubble wrap with some peanuts. The boxset is dented on one corner. @cooey

Hmm that sucks. Probably some newbies on the shift packed your package. I had all three steels from Kimchi wrapped in like 1,5 cm thick layer of bubble wrap all around.

Would be helpful if you sent me a PM rather than posting in here. I need pics too of the outer shipping box and the dented corner

i open my fullslip A from boxset and the steel have a lot of scratch on it , does yours steel are mint or not ?

Mine has some tiny surface scratches as well especially around the edges (which indicates careless handling I guess), and tbh I´m still thinking If to contact Kimchi about that or not. Because from one side point of view it´s no big deal, you can see it only under certain angles from up close, it´s not deep and there is no other damage like dents or paint chips etc. Also you can look at it as it fits to a movie as it is homage to an old school grindhouse movies with its all dirty, violent, bloody, messy content and those scratches reminds me a dirt marks on film frames :D

On the other hand though, It is one of the most beautiful and awesome steelbooks out there so it would be nice to have it all mint and clean.

The other thing is, thinking about going through all that return process and eventually end up with maybe even more scratched or damaged steelbook keeps me restrained as well.

So I don´t know, maybe I´ll write them an email what would be the options and then I decide.
