hmv's really normally good, I've sent unopped boxes back, with a little bit of paper with order number, and why I want it returened.
Money refunded 2 days later
They still have to abide by distance selling laws, 7 days from date of receipt for a full refund.
Don't know about unsealed steelbook though, don't know where that would fall.

got mine today with no dents or dings, they shipped it with out any bubble wrap, in such a small cardboard envelope. just glad it arrived in one piece.
