got mine today with no dents or dings, they shipped it with out any bubble wrap, in such a small cardboard envelope. just glad it arrived in one piece.

HMV always send steelbooks in that cradboard packaging,ive never had a damaged steelbook from them

Same here, those actually are suprisingly sturdy compared to some of the ones from amazon.co.uk.

Ive always been impressed with HMV's boxes, fairly strong, and can withstand most of what Royal Mail dish out. I say that, I received my first damaged steel from HMV last weekend. The box was flattened, looks like a foot if you ask me.
Steel was badly flattened as a result, but a quick email to HMV, replacement sent. This was actully my Machete steel too...lol

Machete certainly one of my favs in a growing collection anyone like the film too though?

i was so afraid about this one, since is the first time i ordered from them, i finally recived my machete in great conditions but i had to wait for about 3 weeks. oh well, i got it now.

REALLY??? i thought the film was excellent and got a beautiful steel for it aswell, just shows big differences in taste

I thought the movie was great too, i thought it would be tough to make the trailer into a film but it worked for me! I think the Steelbook looks good but i think the NL metalpak is even better. Beautiful artwork both inside and out.

yeah there will always be the odd one in stores but i just meant OOP on the hmv website so whatever is left in stores should be the last of them

Yeah thats true, i did look in my HMV today and they were all gone so that will be the end of them i think!

That happened on one of my first group buys. I was very surprised to receive 10 steelbooks that day.

I pre-ordered this from HMV last night @ around 2am for the price of £10.99. Later during the day I checked online to see the status of my order only to find they deleted the item!

All it says on my item status is: "Item deleted - we are trying to obtain this item from alternate sources"

Could it have been a mistake?....
