I can't be sure if it is a banner or part of the J-Card (it sure LOOKS like a banner). But if it IS a banner....then it will be a 'Pick Your Poison' affair.
Which would you rather have? Banner or 3D written in the title on the Steelbook?
(Or U.S. OR CANADIAN Steelbook with swapped out disc or discs?)

Yes this has a shimmery brushed metal effect.

U.S. one is just basic matte.

If the French one isn't going to have the 3D logo on it, then I would think it will be the same steelbook as the U.S. (matte) but including the 3D disc.

Otherwise it should be the same as the German one (3D logo on it)
