That £2.99 increase on ebay is obviously to cover the ebay fees. They are not making any more money on ebay.

Yeah but they don't need to pay the fees if they have it on their own website . Unless they are just paying the extra fees as tax relief

I am not happy, because they canceled my official order (27 Euro for the steel including shipping) for no reason.

So...Zavvi has purposely chosen not to show the actual steelbook(back,inside art,etc) before release.This was no accident.We will shortly find out the reason why that is, for this marketing scheme...

They did this with Aladdin and I made a big complaint to Zavvi done in a professional way using good manners as in no nasty bad mouthing about putting a pre order on their ebay shop and not making available on their main website and got Aladdin for free as a result of my complaint

Its ok in my opinion after release date selling anywhere they want but all pre orders should only be available from Zavvi.com website up to release date

I have mine despatched so I wont be this time making the same complaint but others can make a complaint if they want to
They have up to this been keeping to an agreement making available pre order releases available on Zavvi.com when stock was available
After release date in my opinion its ok to sell on zavvi-outlet on ebay but not before release date

My problem isn't that they are selling them on ebay. I firmly believe that if its your property you can do what you want with it as long as its nothing illegal. The problem here is that the stock is exclusive to ebay. I understand that Zavvi is clearly targeting people who shop on ebay in an attempt to sell more copies. If the stock was shared with the website it wouldn't be an issue.

No, they discontinued that service because apparently they were losing money by accepting it.

so now they accept some Asian paypal type of thing. Customer Service told me to use that when I asked about Paypal.

I had to cancel my order when I changed my method of payment, they said that order already placed cannot be updated with a different method of payment, I had no choice to cancel my order, tried writing 3 times and no help, so I'll have to wait and see if it goes back live if not ebay

Yes sir. They canceled all my Paypal pre-orders. They cant change the payment option on orders, yes thats right in 2014

That is weird. But it gives me hope. On the my order details, it doesn't show any form of payment, but it when I used my credit to preorders the other steelbooks, it does show the form of payment as credit card ending in....
So I really thought my order'd get canceled for sure.
Can you check your order details to see if it shows Paypal as form of payment or something like that.
And I think Zavvi discontinued Paypal service before Guardians of the galaxy and The lion king went live for preorders..?
