I got my 3d steelbook from amazon locked in right now for 21.83 gbp shipped which is $34.12. And I expect that price to go down alittle more. However I expect the Walmart exclusive to go down some also. If it goes down enough I might get it and just skip the 3d since I don't have a 3d tv anyway.

right now on ebay you can get the preorder magnet and code for 18.99, 19.99 or 20.00. much better than what walmart is asking. I believe I scored mine for 17.50.

i'm learning ebay can be the premier spot for best deals on early releases.

i know wreck mentioned it must be steel, but perhaps the steel is not the one we preordered with the linticular. it would make absolutely no sense whatsoever...

seriously. no sense at all if the magnet does not get you the steelbook. I have the magnet... still sealed, but if all I get is the combo pack and no steelbook, I won't even know what to think.

I will give you a hint on what to do if you get the combo pack and no SteelBook for that magnet pre-order - return it and buy the SteelBook online or in-store. What you do with the magnet is between you and your God

Oh there is one more benefit of that pre-order with the magnet, which is a different SKU altogether - you get to watch it on VUDU in hi-def a week before the general public

Why do people want slips for steelbooks, just buy the amaray with the slip. They look like an amaray when you shelve them anyways. IMO
