Just change the colour settings on your TV, and voilà a B&W film!
I don't have a solution for the cast though.

With the cheapest shipping option the German release worked out to $33.19, while Zavvi will run me a little over $29. This release seems to be the cheaper one for Canadians.

Right on, I would have been all over this for that price . Also, the exchange rate for the Canadian dollar at the moment isnt doing us any favours either.

$25.25 for each zavvi version shipped to my door.

That's a substantial difference in price for the same exact steelbook.

Don't get me wrong. I even am from Germany. But I doubt that the German version will be embossed until I it see myself.

Usually cancellations come through roughly a week before release. It's hard to say, I recommend subscribing to this thread for updates on when it comes back in stock.

Digitalbabe or any of the mods on here might be able to help you out.

This is the one steelbook that I'm checking on pretty much everyday to check it's status. Missed out first time, was gone before I even knew it was available. Fingers crossed I'm quick enough when cancellations come out, release date is 5th may so should be soon. Beetlejuice which which was put up at a similar time and has the same release date has had cancellations come and go, so it's just a waiting game.
