They actually do have some prints that are printed on foil paper, but this one is actually printed on a sheet a metal(I think aluminum). That is why the price is so high and the shipping will be higher as well because it will have to be shipped flat.
 
I'd be all over the metal variant, but $300 is a little too costly for me. The regular is gorgeous, too, though! :drool:

Who's releasing this? Mondo?

man those are both bad ass .... I cant help but want them both! .... And know that I will not be lucky enough to score eitehr from there site lol.

Hehe, my thoughts too! But I find myself spending more and more time in this part of the forums. If it continues I think it's no going back soon enough. :hilarious:

I got my first Mondo on it's way in the post allready though but that's because it's....hmm,well Drive. :oohyeah:

Edit. This looks awesome btw. Hope you guys are able to score some.

Im afraid Im going down the sink hole in similar fashion :p Been spending way too much time in here and am tempted to get my first mondo :ohno: Specifically this one EEK!
 
I feel for you all, but glad to have ninjas in the boat. :p It's the collector gene in us all. Just like any collecting, you have to set standards or the rabbit hole will get deeper and deeper. Still working on that myself. ;)

Everyone and their mothers will be going for the metal since you have 3 days to get the regular. It will be a bloodbath and I will be right in the middle. :violent:

This hobby is both rewarding and very frustrating. Mainly the later when it comes to Mondo drops. But, when you get that print you want and get the confirmation email, it makes it all worth it. :LOL:

The regular will be sold from "12:01AM CST on Friday, June 14th and the sale will be open until 12:01AM on Monday, June 17th" and there is no purchase limit. So, you could have someone pick one up for you. Maybe someone who is already holding prints for you? :p

Hey Spass, yeah, I love the images, but have no wall space to hang them up, and really don't want to file them away in a display. I have the 'Silence of the Lambs' poster on the way, but that one fits with our living room decor, so that is where it may go, as it's one of my favorite films. I am a HUGE original Superman fan, but I really wouldn't want this poster rolled up somewhere, if I can't see it :hilarious:
 
I'm gonna have to pass on this. It's soooooo gorgeous, but I have limited wall space and I don't want to get into buying things that have to stay rolled away within my closet.
 
I'm gonna try for the metal one and if I get it ill help someone out. Cause I can't display it anyway. Although there's a chance I'll fall in love
