Actually, that PM was asking a certain amount of people if they wanted the E1, which was super limited. Unless there was a 2nd PM of which I'm not aware of.
And the PM I'm talking about (I think) was sent to users that purchased a certain amount of FACs.

There was 1 PM and it was sent to those who owned the FAC #4 TMR from Karel's GB(that participated in FAC #4 Group Buy).
The Print Run for FAC #43 E1 was 500, same as This Release (and as the First TMR).

I doubt they will do it this time round due to others propbaly selling the 1st one. I have a copy of the first I bought off ebay and I remember that this film was in doubt anyway due to the serious accident Dylan O'Brien had so many may have sold them on thinking this was going to be cancelled. Hopefully they open it for everyone to grab a copy.

Dylan's Injury were serious, but not life threatening.
I doubt that anyone sold their FAC #4 because of Dylan's Injury. There was never a Doubt that the third movie wasn't going to complete Production.
The Death Cure was simply delayed until he could resume shooting. FOX had made it clear that the movie will not be cancelled, they postponed a year.

I would hope those that were in the original GB and both E1&E2 from the 2nd one would be available to get a copy first. Seems more than fair to those that have spent alot of money with Filmarena

And glad they didn't, my favorite of the three, great trilogy.....

Regular Pre-order Starting April 12 at 8 PM CET

Is this 4K optional?
It is, as quoting from their Facebook post (Maze Runner: The Death Cure is FAC #99):
Dear collectors,

please excuse a temporary failure of adding UHDs to editions FAC 97, 99, 100.

We're working to fix the bug and let you know as soon as these features become operational. The bug fix should be completed by tomorrow at noon at the latest.

Ordering FAC editions 97, 99, 100 in their standard configurations is working.Thank you for your understanding.

Do you think FA will run a loyalty program for those who have the first 2?

I remember for Maze Runner 2, @carllenc and @Collector03601 did a special pre-order period (via PM response) for those who owned Maze Runner 1. That was a cool, efficient system back then.

It would be nice for Maze Runner 3 if those who can prove they own Maze Runner 1 & 2 FAC could get a special early access as well. :)

I was told that this would be a regular Group Buy granting access to everyone ;)

Thanks for confirming, Actarus. That's the way it ought to be. TBH, FilmArena has no business whatsoever deciding what a paying customer can and can't do with the items they purchase.

What if someone bought the first movie from FA, didn't like it, sold it or gave it away, and then wanted to buy the 3rd movie because they liked it better and/or appreciate the artwork package better?

So they must keep everything previously bought forever in order to qualify for the latest item? Why?

Now.. personally speaking, I have both #1 and #2 on my shelf and that's where they're staying. I like these movies and I want the 3rd to complete the set.

Still though, my point stands. I bought FAC Independence Day Resurgence and almost barfed while watching as I thought it was a giant steaming pile of poo, so I sold it off for a small loss.

This is a reasonable thing to do and well within my rights.

It seems weird to me that anyone would sell the FAC edition for the first movie and now decide "hey, I'll buy the FAC for the third movie".

The system in place for Maze Runner 2 FAC was based on those who owned the first Maze Runner FAC, or at least were part of the original GB— which could still mean you have sold off the first edition afterwards (because they didn't like the movie, as you say, or some other reason). That seemed fair and showed how they valued loyal customers, but this isn't what is done now, okay then.
