Not sure it's the same as the USA disc. USA disc has French, English and Spanish audio.

Mexico disc is reported to have English, Spanish and Portuguese audio and a whole bunch of subtitle tracks that the USA disc doesn't have...

I can't say for certain it's the same disc, and therefore Region A locked...

Bit of a risk though, unless someone can confirm in hand.
