There was no limits so its clear what has happened here
The Full Slip is the favourite from most peoples choices mentioned before it went live
With it been limited to 1300 they should have put an order limit for at least the first day
We have seen higher print runs have a limit but why not this one ??????

It is clear that they wanted to sell their entire allocation regardless if a person ordered 1o copies. It leaves a sour taste in my mouth for Kimchi releases. With the advent of Novamedia and the great releases they have in the pipeline, maybe KimchiDVD will be an afterthought in the collector market if their aim is to fill the shelves of resellers. Big thumbs down for me and up to this point, I've had all their exclusives. That will change from here on in. I understand it's a business but they are supposed to be geared at collector community not at the reseller community. It is what it is.

I think both slips are boring. Very lazy compared to past kimchi releases. (Or maybe just harder to get approval of other designs) Either way the steelbook looks much nicer in the 1/4 slip. Shame Kimchi doesnt number the 1/4 slips anymore.

Well, as read above some say there wasn't. BUT... I only bought 1, and tried to buy 1 for a friend who is enjoying his holidays, but I had to buy it with his account.
You can't really throw 2 or more in your basket. Well... that's my experience with this one.

So I guess I should not have waited then? I actually could have gotten the lenticular, but was hoping to get some clarification on the full slip first. I cannot believe that a catalog title sold out in less than 6 hours. And a non-Disney/Marvel title at that. Particularly when most of the eastern US would have been asleep. I'm sure most of these are in the hands of re-sellers, so we'll see how this plays out.

First off I wouldn't pay right away on Ebay. If you have any patience this can be had for cheap. I'm pretty sure this will over $80+ on Ebay early but goes down in price eventually.

Dear international customers

We have allocated half of exclusive print run to local store

650 each copies of lenticular and full slip has been allocated to kimchidvd.com

Techinically Memento has been sold out in a day after live in Kimchidvd store

But we will re-allocate memento print run to oversea customer if all local store does not sell well

Please be noted that we will re-live Memento soon again in promotional price period.

In my opinion they should cancel any large bulk orders should not be allowed ever happen any bulk order when its limited especially on the first day
If its not sold out after 1 -3 days then allow bulk orders with restrictions as its getting abused by some with all retailers

From what I have seen on HDN and other web forums only a few people have ordered the full slip
So its very clear to me this has been bulk ordered by a few people their orders should be cancelled straight away in my opinion

Kimchidvd should do this now and make these available to order either today or tomorrow and wait 3 days before allowing any bulk orders

They also should not allow re sellers buy any bulk stock unless an arrangement is in place with a re seller for this purpose and is registered as a re seller
This should be done in my opinion with all retailers to stop unfair purchases
I know some might not like my opinion but its not right for scalpers be allowed to happen
