I love this steel but am bummed I can't find my digital copy now arghhhh. I didn't put it in my Ultraviolet account because for some reason UV allowed me to create two accounts under the same email but with different passwords (seriously WTF) so I had some random movies stuck in another account including the Amazing Spiderman that I was watching right now on my iphone. But when I kept switching to my main account to make sure all my new movies went to the main account it kept deleting my downloaded Spiderman on my iphone (I even tried turning my phone all the way off when adding new movies to no avail). After downloading Spiderman for like the 5th time I got frustrated and said ok I am not adding any new movies until I am done watching Spiderman. Well I got done yesterday and went to add MIB3 and now can't find my download paper. I am sure my three year old ran off with it somewhere so now I gotta scour the house for my download code arghhhhhhhhhhh.

There was 1 copy left of the Men In Black 3 steelbook when I went in to pick up The Dark Knight Rises steelbook BTW.
Went to Best Buy for upgrade and save and saw a bunch of these on the shelf. I already had it, but if anyone is still looking check your local Best Buy.
Yes these copies are showing in stores perhaps from leftover inventory across the country. It is $17.99 this week and with the U&S trade-in plus a RZ reward coupon, this one could be had for under $10 tax included. It is also still available online too.
