I think it's more than 1000, because from pbtour4il pics at page 8 you can see his tag's number is #1801

Both my copies turned up badly dented. Gutted. After hearing other horror stories and now this experience, it seems they just can't get steels to customers in good shape. Last time I order from Amazon.cn I think.

I'm guessing they're also pretty crap on returns.

You can email them or call them, I think they have an hotline meant for English speaking.
You just need to tell them the item already broken when you received your package, ask for a full refund. Prepare your photos of the destructed steelbook, they may grant you the full refund.

Give them a chance to refund, if you don't try. No hope at all.
